When does registration open?

Registration opens in November.

How long is the season?

The season is from mid-April to the end of June. Teams playing in the Provincials may play in July. Rep teams will practice during the winter.

Where are games played?

Home games are played at High Noon Park by the airport. In U12 and above teams will play nearby communities such as West Kelowna, Vernon, and Summerland.

What equipment is needed?

A glove is required as well as a good pair of shoes or cleats.  In U12 and above, players should wear an infield face mask and need their own batting helmet. Catching gear and bats are supplied, but players can also buy their own.

What is the difference between ‘B’ and ‘C’?

‘B’ or rep teams practice throughout the year and play more competitively. ‘C’ teams play and practice for fun during the season only. More info is available at the Kelowna Heat Rep page.

What is your refund policy?

For U12 and above, refunds are available until the teams are selected in mid-March. For U8 and U10, refunds are available up to the end of the first week of the season.

What if I do not have a Softball BC number?

A Softball BC number will be provided to you after registration.
