General Info U8/U10
Players require only a glove and shoes (cleats are optional). A jersey is provided.
Registration deadline for U8/U10 is March 25th.
General Info U12 and Above
U12 and above players require a glove, cleats, and an infield face mask. A jersey is provided.
New this year: U14 players can now keep their jerseys after the season (cost included in registration fees).
Registration deadline for U12+ is March 1st.
After March 1st players may only be added to a team if space is available.
There are no refunds after March 15th.
At least one parent/guardian from each family is expected to volunteer 4 hours through their player's team.
If you cannot volunteer then a $50 buy-out can be paid.
Coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, and scorekeepers will automatically be credited with the 4 hours.
Other parents can fulfill the 4 hours by signing up for a volunteer position during registration.
We will be collecting a $50 volunteer deposit which will only be refunded to parents that volunteer
Due to COVID-19, there are a lot of extra safety protocols we must follow to keep your players safe.
Everyone must volunteer to help out to ensure we have a successful season.
Volunteer options include:
|Screener:||a person assigned by the team to ask the designated screening questions of all team players|
|Attendance Tracker:||a person assigned by a team to record the name and phone number of all team players during any softball activity|
|Distancing Monitor:||a person assigned by each team to monitor the physical distancing of their team’s players, coaches, and spectators on and off the field|
|Injury attendant:||a person who is in attendance at a game and is the person that is designated to go onto the field if an injury occurs|
|Sanitizing Champion:||a person assigned by a team to be responsible for sanitation of the equipment during any softball activity|
A head coach for a team also receives one free player registration
