We are thrilled to announce Coach Michelle Webster as the newly appointed Coaching Director for Kelowna Minor Fastball. Coach Webb is the current head coach for the UBC Okanagan women’s softball team and our 17B rep program. Coach Webb will support professional development opportunities for our coaches and run skills clinics for athletes over the next two years. This new position is made available through funding support from the City of Kelowna, Pacific Sport Kelowna, and Valley First Credit Union.

KMFS offers coaching clinics to learn how to teach fastball fundamentals, rules of the game, and develop practice plans. Each Head Coach is provided one free player registration fee. Click here to apply as a coach with KMFS.
Coach.ca provides information on the NCCP National Coaching Certification Program and access to The Locker which is a central location to easily access, manage, and maintain your coach training and records.
All KMFS coaches and parent helpers are required by law to complete a BC Criminal Record Check. This is a mandatory requirement for anyone who steps on the field or in the dugout.
The access code below is unique to KMFS. The results of the criminal record check will be sent to your organization’s authorized contact person via e-mail.
For any new coaches to softball (no previous softball NCCP training), the Foundations of Coaching Softball - Part 1 online module will be a pre-requisite for the Community Softball stream of coaching.
