Select Programs

Kelowna Minor Fastball is excited to once again run a U11 Select program for the 2025 Spring season! 

This program gives U11 players an opportunity to participate in an additional competitive level development program, complementary to what is offered at the U11C (community) level.  Selected players will play on the U11 Select team in addition to playing on their U11C team.  

Players will have 1 practice or game per week every Monday starting in April, and preseason indoor training.

Players must be able to commit to all tournament dates to play on the Select team. There will be 2-3 Select tournaments during the 2025 season. These are in addition to the 2 tournament for Community teams.

• U11 Rep Tournament in New Westminster May 2^nd-4^th
• U11 Rep Tournament in Kelowna on the May Long weekend May 16^th-18^th
• If the team qualifies, Provincials in Burnaby June 27^th-29^th

Cost

• $100 fee for selected players which includes tournament registrations, practice and game fields and umpire’s fees
• $50 refundable jersey deposit
• Travel costs to the out-of-town tournaments (hotel, gas, food)

Tryout dates and registration info

Player evaluation and selection for interested 2014/2015 born players will be held Wednesday January 29th at MNP Place, 4105 Gordon Dr, Kelowna.

• 4:15-4:45pm - Pitchers and Catchers
• 4:45-6:15pm - All players (including pitchers and catchers)
